SSAM-Quality Engineer

Qualifications:

Manufacturing :

Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase
manufacturing efficiency

Line Quality improvement:

1.Perform production lines qualification and regular audit,
drive relevant function for NC closure.

2.Coodtinate relevant team to follow line quality issue and
push for quick action, ensure to ship good quality product to end user.

Field Quality / Customer complain handling:

1.Take responsibility for quality issue customer complain,
coordinate relevant team to close customer complain.

Quality inspection development :

1.Take charge of mapping out the quality acceptable
standards.

2.Develop Quality inspector for daily quality inspection.

Support new production launch process:

1.Involve FMEA for new product and new process, make quality
control plan for new product to ensure safe launch.

2.Conducted internal audit, cell audit and ESD audit, make
sure the production line can be run smoothly.

EHS Requirements:

a. Understand obey the
requirement of EHS(Environment,health,safety), but also support EHS work.
Familiar with and comply with the WI base on HS rules

b
Proper use of PPE

c. Proper use of the HS
devices/equipment/guarding

d. Ensure 5S reaching
the standards

Develops, implements and reports quality
indicators/dashboards on a facility level and triggers correctives actions
Validates process quality levels and analyzes for trends Assess suitability of
quality indicators/dashboards Leads audit teams and develops audit plans

Conducts *FMEA and Fault Tree Analysis to identify potential
risks and develops appropriate Quality Control Plans (* FMEA = Failure Mode and
Effects Analysis)

Demonstrates ability to prevent customer dissatisfaction
from defective products or services

Assimilates multiple and complex issues into formal
corrective action response to the customer to address inspection and testing
discrepancies Develops and implement Quality Control Plans to ensure quality
output

Achieves quality and productivity improvements through a
process-driven approach Understands the concept of infinite
potential for improvement (Kaizen approach)

Serves as a project lead and coaches team members on process
improvement initiatives

Able to perform PFMEA and develops effective Process Control
Plan (***) (i.e. : identification of major *RPN, search for solutions to
improve error occurrence and detection, verification of improvement actions
effectiveness)

Able to choose the right method to be used for problem
solving (8D/KAIZEN/*DMAIC)

Able to create and implement *SPC and challenge method and
production on capability
