VCB line Manager 开关生产经理

This position is responsible for / 工作职责:

1.负责整个部门的运行绩效，组织落实开关生产系统EHS有关工作，切实推进安全生产工作，确保年度安全目标的实现。

2.负责组织实施并监督、检查生产制造体系的运行；确保开关计划生产仓库物流各方面工作遵循ISO9001质量管理体系的要求。随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题。

Responsible for the Organization and to supervise and inspect the operation of the production system; ensure that the planned production warehouse logistics work follow the ISO9001 quality management system requirements. At any time to master the production process quality state, coordination between departments, communication and cooperation between solve production problems.

3.监督指导VCB计划主管，计划员按时完成物资需求计划和生产进度计划， 保证物料的到位和生产交货计划相匹配，完成公司设定的交货准时率经营指标。

Supervision and mentoring VCB planning leaders, and planners to finish material requirements planning and production schedules to ensure that the material in place and production delivery plans that achieve the KPI of VCB on time delivery.

4.监督指导VCB仓库物流管理， 完成公司设定的库存周转率经营指标，持续改进改善，降低库存，保证成品按客户要求准时、安全发货。

Supervision and guidance of VCB warehouse logistics management, completing the companys inventory turns business indexes, continuous improvement, improvements, reduce inventory, to ensure that finished products according to customer requirements on time, safe delivery.

5.负责组织推进部门5S, MVP, Kaizen 精益生产项目，落实质量、成本、效率、交期等持续改善工作。Responsible for advancing the sector 5S, MVP, Kaizen lean production projects, the implementation of the quality, cost, efficiency, delivery and continuous improvement.

6.与销售，运营，研发等相关部门沟通协调，确保生产计划、交货计划的达成。

7.组织宣导落实公司文化和价值观，进行部门内员工岗位专业技能训练，提高员工士气和劳动效率。Organization and promotion of the implementation of the corporate culture and values, the Department staff positions, professional skills, improve employee morale and productivity.

8.负责部门员工的管理，监督、指导、激励、考核、部门内部培训 协助HR完成有关培训工作。Responsible for departmental staff management, supervision, coaching, motivation, assessment, departments, internal training to assist HR to complete the training.

9.编制部门预算，审批部门工作各个环节的费用 以及完成上级领导交办的其它工作。

This position requires the following / 任职要求:

1.生产管理或理工科相关专业，本科及以上学历；5 年以上制造管理工作经验。

Production management or related field of engineering, Bachelor degree; more than 5 years manufacturing management experience.

2.熟悉生产現場管理的5S, MVP, Kaizen 精益生产等管理系統模式 掌握计划和物料管理知识技能。Familiar with the production management of 5S, MVP, such as lean manufacturing Kaizen management system model master plans and material management knowledge and skills.

3.熟练操作Microsoft Office 办公软件；熟悉SAP 。

Microsoft Office proficiency in Office software; familiar with SAP.

4.具备较强的口头及书面沟通能力和商务洽谈能力；良好的中英文能力。
